So, the (not so) super secret project that’s been keeping me away for the past couple of weeks and has been briefly alluded in the past is this: autonomous aerial vehicle. A flying, self-piloted robot. 

It’s small; it’ll weigh less than 3.3 lb. (or 1.5 kg) and will be less than 1 meter across upon completion. 

This entire project has been fully planned, designed, and will be built entirely by undergraduate students. We’ve all been working very hard on this for the past couple of months and although we’ve drastically cut the cost of actually manufacturing this, we’re still falling a bit short, so we’ve made an IndieGogo campaign to try to fund the rest.
